Experienced Mississippi Attorney Lindsey Smith Wiseman Joins Gay Jones & Kuhn

Gay Jones & Kuhn PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of experienced attorney Lindsey Smith Wiseman to the firm’s Jackson, Mississippi office.

Lindsey joins GJK with extensive experience in corporate defense, professional malpractice and estate planning and probate work. Lindsey is passionate about supporting the local community and small businesses with wise legal strategies to optimize systems and to incorporate best business practices. Through her estate planning and probate practice, Lindsey advises clients regarding their own particular needs and aspirations as they plan for the future.

Born and raised in Jackson, Lindsey earned her B.S.B.A. in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Mississippi College and remains involved with the school through her work on the Mississippi College Alumni Association Board. Lindsey earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law. She began her legal practice as a Litigation Associate for Brunini, Grantham, Grower & Hewes, PLLC, in its Columbus, Mississippi office. She gained extensive experience in corporate defense litigation representing companies in personal injury, professional malpractice, and employment claims. She expanded her practice to wills, estates, and probate law with the prominent Starkville real estate law firm, Brown & Langston, PLLC.

Lindsey is glad to be back in her hometown area where she can pair her legal experience and passion for supporting the local community and small businesses to serve clients. “We are thrilled to have Lindsey join the GJK team. Lindsey and her husband Parker live in Madison, Mississippi with their three young children.
