GJK Prepared to Assist Clients During COVID

March 16, 2020

Clients, Business Partners & Friends,

We continue to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 situation, staying up to date on advisories issued by our national and local governments, our local health departments and the Centers for Disease Control.  The health of our employees, clients, business partners, and our community as a whole remains our top priority.

When we formed our Firm this time last year, we focused on creating strategic and innovative workplace solutions.  We worked closely with technology vendors, data developers, business planners and various cutting-edge legal resources to create a virtual work environment, complete with protocols for conflict checks and confidentiality requirements.  As a result of this work and planning, we transition seamlessly between onsite and remote offices.  Our lawyers and staff work remotely every day as part of our normal daily business, so that we may continue to protect the interests of our clients.

We are committed to assisting our clients in this time of uncertainty and want to meet you where you are. We are here to help you, even if we can’t shake your hand or have you physically in our office.  We appreciate your business and are thankful for your confidence, especially in these challenging times and will find a way to help you.

Over the coming days and weeks, we will continue to monitor the situation and work closely with our clients to adapt to your needs.  We will continue to share with you information about our practice areas and other areas of the law which we think may be beneficial to you.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or needs.

We are continuing to pray for our world and reminding ourselves to value the lives of our more vulnerable neighbors over ourselves.

Sincerely,

Mary Margaret Gay, Sarah Beth Jones & Joanna Kuhn
